Pre Filters

Pre filters or Coarse filters or Primary filters which are used for filtering larger dust particles 10 micron and above. Trijama Pre filters have high dust holding capacity which contribute in increasing the life of Fine filters. Pre filters are classified as G1 to G4 grade as per Eurovent classification ( MERV-5 to MERV-8 as per ASHRAE Classification). Pre filters are available in air cleanable and water washable type.

Air cleanable pre filters are made from High loft - High Dust holding non woven and gradual fiber mounted synthetic media. These filters reduces frequent cleaning or washing thereby reducing maintenance cost due to its longer service life.

Washable type pre filters are made from High strength synthetic needle felt media supported with HDPE mesh and Aluminium mesh to withstand frequent washing. These filters are manufactured in pleated construction to have comparatively more surface area than Air cleanable filters.

Pre filters are available in flat media construction to handle low volume of Air. Disposable pre filters are also available in Cardboard frame.

Available in Box type and Flange type.

Frame material : GI , M.S. powder coated, Stainless Steel and Aluminium.

Fine Filters

Fine filters or secondary filters which are used for filtering finer dust particles 5 micron to 1 micron. Fine filters have medium dust holding capacity which contribute in increasing the life of super fine absolute filters. Fine filters are classified as F5 to F9 grade as per Eurovent classification (MERV-9 to MERV - 15 as per ASHRAE Classification )

Air cleanable Fine filters are made from High loft - High Dust holding non woven and gradual fiber mounted synthetic media. These filters reduce frequent cleaning or washing thereby reducing maintenance cost due to its longer service life.

Pocket Filters

Pocket filters with High loft synthetic media: Trijama synthetic pocket filters are manufactured from High performance - gradual fiber mounted - thermally bonded -non shredding non woven - silicon free fibers. These pocket filters are designed to handle more volume of air in a constrained small filtering area. Trijama synthetic pocket filters offer comparatively low pressure against turbulent high air velocity. These pocket filters enhances the life of filter with high dust holding capacity.

Available in G2,G3,G4,F5,F6 and F7 Grades.

Pocket filters with Diamond spacers: Trijama also offers synthetic non woven self supported rigid Pocket filters with aerodynamic diamond shaped tubular Spacers ,for 100% utilization of filtering area resulting in lower Pressure drop and higher dust holding capacity and extended service life. Lower pressure Drop helps in reducing energy cost.

Available in G2,G3,G4,F5,F6 and F7 Grades.

Pocket filters with synthetic melt blown media: Trijama offers secondary Pocket filters manufactured in synthetic melt blown media which have high efficiency with comparatively lesser dust holding capacity than High loft synthetic media. These pocket filters are widely used in clean room Air Handling Units where the clean air is re-circulated. Individual pocket is thermally or ultrasonically welded at the edges to avoid leakages from the joints.

Available in F5,F6 ,F7 and F9 Grades.

Pocket filters with glass fiber media: Trijama also offers high temperature pocket filters in glass Fiber non woven filter media to withstand temperature upto 150 Deg C where normal synthetic filters cannot be used.

These glass fiber pocket filters are available in F5, F6, F7 and F9 Grades.

Ceiling filters

TRIJAMA Imported Ceiling Filters are specially designed for final intake air filtration in paint spray booths. The filter media is made from high Performance Polyester non woven ,tangle fleece ,gradual progressively mounted finest fibres. The air delivery side is strengthened and protected with polyester woven fabric. Ceiling filters offered by Trijama is paint agreeable and free of silicon. Ceiling filters are available in 600 gsm and 560 gsm . TRIJAMA offers ceiling filters in full rolls or cut sizes as per customer requirement.

High Temperature Oven filters

High Temperature Oven Filter : TRIJAMA Oven filters are designed to arrest dust particles from re-circulated hot air in paint booth ovens. The high temperature resistant filter media is made of micro fine glass fiber fleeces arranged in multi layers, which can withstand temperature upto 300'C. These filters also find applications in fertilizer industries as compressor air intake filters and in high temperature curing ovens.

Paint Arrestance filters

Paint Over Spray Arrestance Filters: TRIJAMA Paint arrestance filters with high paint mist holding capacity are used specially for arresting and holding paint mist at the exhaust in automobile paint booths to meet mandatory pollution control board requirements. The paint arrestance filter is made of high performance glass fibre media, continuous bonded, arranged in stratified formation which form elastic matrix structure and are colour coded to identify air inlet and air delivery side. These filters offer very low resistance to the exhaust air. Paint Arrestance filters are non cleanable and non washable.

TRIJAMA Paint arrestance filters has very high strength glass fibers which does not collapse due to more weight of paint mist collections on the filter.

TRIJAMA offers paint arrestance filters in 50 mm, 75mm and 100 mm thickness.

Paint arrestance filter are supplied with disposable cardboard frame or with re-usable metallic frame. We can supply this filter in full rolls or required cut sizes.

Andrea Paper filter: Andrea paper filter also called Paint overspray filter which is used as primary filter. Paper filter is a new environmental protection product which is made of two pleated and perforated cardboard walls glued in their edges. Paper filter can force the Air flow to change the direction many times so that the particles which are heavier than the air will be trapped and absorbed and only the air will be exhausted out. The inertia separation principle of paper filter is the key to capture the overspray of paint and other airborne liquid particle efficiently. Particles holding can reach 19Kg/m2.

TRIJAMA Universal Mounting frames: are rigid in construction. Pocket filters are assembled in this mounting frames and held firmly with the help of 4 spring clips positioned at each corner. These mounting frames are available in SS, GI, Aluminium, M.S / GI Powder coated.

Roll-O'matic filters

TRIJAMA Roll-O-Matic filters are primary stage filters which provide an economic solution to pre-filtration. Once installed, the Rollomatic unit only needs filter media replacement which is easily available. Due to its compact design, servicing and maintenance is negligible. It is used as pre filters in the filed of General ventilation , manmade fibres, Fertilizer, Steel, Automotive industries and , Nuclear applications.

TFIPL can design and supply to any capacity as per customer requirement.

Rollomatic Units are offered in Two types:

1. Manual Driven: When the media is clogged with dust and reached the recommended Final pressure drop, the gear motor to be switched on manually to roll down the clogged media to get fresh portion of new media.

2. Automatic Driven with media run out switch: When the media is clogged with dust and reached the recommended Final pressure drop, the gear motor is switched on automatically through Differential pressure switch activation and roll down the clogged media to get fresh portion of new media. Timer is provided to control the media length to be rolled down. Limit switch with sensor and alarm system is provided to sense the end portion of media.

The replacement rolls can be offered in glass fibre and synthetic media.

Press filters

Trijama supplies Press filter cloth in Polypropylene Non-woven fabric. We can supply any profile as per size and specification given by Customer. PP Press filter fabrics are Acid/Alkali resistance, High in tensile strength, Moisture resistance and easy to wash. These press filters are used in Paint, Chemical, Fertilizers, Ceramic, Pharmaceuticals, Effluent and Suez treatment plants.

Paint filters

Paint Filters: Trijama supplies Paint filters manufactured from Nylon fine woven mesh fabric. These filters are supplied with SS ring or plastic molded bag holder. These filters are available in 10 and 25 micron. We also supply filter bags in Polypropylene (PP) for 25, 50 and 100 micron. Nylon Paint filters are lintel and silicon free.

Powder Coating Cartridge filters

Powder Coating Cartridge Filter: TFIPL manufactures pleated cartridge filters from Polyester Spun bonded rigid materials which are used in Reverse pulse jet dust collectors in Powder coating application. These filters are designed and manufactured to filter finest particles up to 2 micron with an efficiency of 98% and offer low resistance to the air flow. We can supply these filters as per customer size and specification. We supply Minipleat HEPA filter to arrest finest powder particles escaping through exhaust to atmosphere.
