
Pre filters or coarse filters which are used for filtering larger dust particles 10 micron and above. Trijama Pre filters have high dust holding capacity which contribute in increasing the life of Fine filters. Pre filters are classified as G1 to G4 grade as per Eurovent classification ( MERV-5 to MERV-8 as per ASHRAE Classification). Pre filters are available in air cleanable and water washable type.
Air cleanable pre filters are made from High loft - High Dust holding non woven and gradual fiber mounted synthetic media. These filters reduces frequent cleaning or washing thereby reducing maintenance cost due to its longer service life.
Washable type pre filters are made from High strength synthetic needle felt media supported with HDPE mesh and Aluminium mesh to withstand frequent washing. These filters are manufactured in pleated construction to have comparatively more surface area than Air cleanable filters.
Pre filters are available in flat media construction to handle low volume of Air. Disposable pre filters are also available in Cardboard frame.

Fine filters have medium dust holding capacity which contribute in increasing the life of super fine absolute filters. Fine filters are classified as F5 to F9 grade as per Eurovent classification (MERV-9 to MERV - 15 as per ASHRAE Classification )

Pocket filters with High loft synthetic media: Trijama synthetic pocket filters are manufactured from High performance - gradual fiber mounted - thermally bonded -non shredding non woven - silicon free fibers. These pocket filters are designed to handle more volume of air in a constrained small filtering area. Trijama synthetic pocket filters offer comparatively low pressure against turbulent high air velocity. These pocket filters enhances the life of filter with high dust holding capacity.
Available in G2,G3,G4,F5,F6 and F7 Grades.


Pocket filters with Diamond spacers: Trijama also offers synthetic non woven self supported rigid Pocket filters with aerodynamic diamond shaped tubular Spacers, for 100% utilization of filtering area resulting in lower Pressure drop and higher dust holding capacity and extended service life. Lower pressure Drop helps in reducing energy cost.
Available in G2,G3,G4,F5,F6 and F7 Grades.


Pocket filters with synthetic melt blown media: Trijama offers secondary Pocket filters manufactured in synthetic melt blown media which have high efficiency with comparatively lesser dust holding capacity than High loft synthetic media. These pocket filters are widely used in clean room Air Handling Units where the clean air is re-circulated. Individual pocket is thermally or ultrasonically welded at the edges to avoid leakages from the joints.
Available in F5,F6 ,F7 and F9 Grades.


Pocket filters with synthetic melt blown media: Trijama also offers high temperature pocket filters in glass Fiber non woven filter media to withstand temperature u pto 150 Deg C where normal synthetic filters cannot be used.
These glass fiber pocket filters are available in F5, F6, F7 and F9 Grades. General recommended selection of filters against micron size dust particle.

Trijama HEPA filters are manufactured in clean room to ensure consistent and predictable quality of filtration. Filter media is made of high quality imported micro fine borosilicate glass fiber paper which is water repellent and high in strength. Trijama imports the glass fiber media from reputed manufacturers from France and USA. These filters are manufactured in continuous multiple fold media spaced by hemmed edge aluminium corrugated separators. To eliminate damages due to sharp edges of Aluminium seporators and packed in specially designed frames to provide rigidity and uniform air flow.
Each HEPA filter passes through stringent testing and finds reliability in critical applications like nuclear application, semiconductor complexes, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, food processing, Bio-technology, Electronic and aerospace. Available in Flange and Box type.

The categories specified by IES-RP-CC001.3 are briefly as follows
Type A: Efficiency tested to 99.97% at 0.3 microns and rated flow capacity with thermally generated DOP aerosol challenge.
Type B: Efficiency tested as above , but at rated flow and 20% at rated flow.
Type C: Efficiency tested as above and additionally face scanned for spot penetration not to exceed 0.01% at any point, using a photometer.
Type D: Efficiency tested for 99.999% at 0.3 micron, and scan tested for spot penetration using a photometer.
Type E: Constructed and tested in accordance with MIL-F51477 or MIL-51068.
Type F: Efficiency tested for 99.999% to 99.9999% at 0.1 to 0.2 microns, and scan.

Separator less / mini pleat HEPA filter: Trijama - Mini pleat HEPA filters are made from Imported Borosilicate glass fiber paper media, continuously pleated and separated by hot melt adhesive thread separators.- protected both sides with smooth powder coated expanded Flat metal mesh and assembled in rigid frames. Mini pleat HEPA filter are supplied in H10 to H14 grade. They are offered in a complete range of standard sizes to meet the needs of critical applications where high level of filtration is Required. Individual filter testing under rigid quality control and modern assembly methods ensures conformance to specification. Each Mini pleat HEPA filter is scan tested after assembly with Thermally generated aerosol to ensure that it attains required efficiency according to the grade. Tested parameters such as Efficiency , Air flow,Pressure drop across the filter with dimensions are certified on each filter identification label. Trijama can supply Minipleat HEPA filters with Gel Seal also.

Trijama also supply Extended V shaped mini pleat HEPA filters to accommodate more volume of air in a constrained face area. V shape mini pleat filters are available in Box type and flange type. These filters are available in Stainless steel, Aluminium and plastic Molded frames.

TFIPL manufactures High temperature HEPA filters in high strength Imported Borosilicate micro fine high temperature glass fiber filter paper continuously deep folded - spaced with both side hemmed corrugated aluminium separators , assembled in metal frame sealed all four sides with high temperature adhesive. High temperature gaskets are used on the flanges. Available upto 250 deg. C.

Fan filters Unit: Trijamas Clean room Fan Filter Unit is a leading-edge fan filter unit (FFU) designed to provide filtered laminar airflow over a specific area. The unit integrates a high efficiency fan together with a HEPA filter. The FFU draws in contaminated air from the top of the module through Pre filter , and exhausts filtered clean air vertically through HEPA filter in a unidirectional (laminar) air stream at its base. FFUs are commonly used in the construction of Class 1 to Class 100,000 clean rooms (as per the US Federal Standard 209E). Fan Filter Unit design is optimized for low noise level and energy efficiency. Our FFU frames are fabricated from CNC fabrication machines.

Trijama Hood type terminal HEPA filters are supplied with Mini pleat HEPA filter with circular connecting duct collar with air diffusion plate at air inlet side. It is light weight compared to normal HEPA filter with plenum box. Supplied in 2 face size : 1) 4' L X 2' W 2) 2' L X 2' W in 2 depths 110 mm and 135 mm.
